Had a hot water heater issue. I did some asking around and everyone was telling me I needed a new heater. Over the phone Gavin said the hot water heater did not need to be replaced. Right on time he was in and out within 30 mins. Cost me even less then he quoted.

Not when Gavin does the work. During regular hours, 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday, the call-out fee is waived when you go ahead with the repair. After 5pm the call-out fee still applies and goes up the later it gets. There are no overtime charges on the work itself.
A repair cannot be priced properly over the phone, because the same problem can take thirty minutes or six hours. Gavin looks at it first, then gives you the price up front with options, including parts and labour, so there are no hidden fees. Nothing starts until you say yes.
