This policy describes how Happy Pipes Plumbing collects, uses and protects personal information sent through this website.
What we collect
When you send a quote request we collect what you provide: your name, phone number, email address, the service you need, your community if you choose it, and any details you include about the job. When you use our feedback page we collect your name, how to reach you, your rating and your message. We do not collect payment information through this website.
The tank check on this site runs in your own browser. Nothing you tap there is sent to us unless you choose to send the quote form afterwards.
How we use it
- To contact you about your quote request or question.
- To schedule and carry out the plumbing, heating or drain work you ask for.
- To follow up after a job, including asking how it went.
- To keep a record of the inquiry for our own business administration.
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information, and we do not share it for anyone else's marketing.
Calls, texts and email
By sending a form you agree that Happy Pipes Plumbing can contact you about your request by phone call, text message or email. Texts relate to your request and any work we do for you, such as replies, appointment details and follow up after a job. How many texts you receive depends on your job. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. You can also ask us at any time to stop contacting you.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
How submissions are handled
Form submissions are sent securely to the business systems we use to manage inquiries, so we can respond. Spam filtering is applied to protect both you and us from abuse. Those service providers only process the information to provide their service to us.
Retention
We keep inquiry information for as long as it is reasonably needed to respond to you, carry out any resulting work, and meet our record keeping obligations.
Your choices
You can contact us at any time to ask what information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask that it be deleted where we are not required to keep it. Third party services
This website loads its own fonts and images, so browsing it does not send your details to a font or image service. Links on this site may lead to third party services such as Google, and the photo credits link to Wikimedia Commons. Their own privacy policies apply on their sites.

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a revised date.
