Yes. Pressure restoration is one of the services on Gavin's list. Low pressure can come from a partly closed or failing valve, a problem with the supply line, or mineral build-up in the fixture itself, and he will tell you which one it is before he fixes it.
Call 403-988-4411. Frozen pipe thawing and heat tape replacement are both on Gavin's list. Never use an open flame to thaw a pipe. If a pipe has already split, turn off the main water shut off to limit the damage until it can be repaired.
